To enhance service delivery and support business growth telecom operator Aircel has selected HP's IT operations management solutions. Over the past year, Aircel has grown at 85 percent and added 11.28 million subscribers.
"Aircel's expansion plan across geographies requires a healthy IT infrastructure that can scale up quickly and enable our business goal of becoming a dominant telecom provider," said Ravinder Jain, Chief Information Officer, Aircel India.
As reported by Hindu business line the company has expanded its footprint from two circles to 13 circles, with over 25 million customers. This expansion creates significant challenges for IT to support business development while ensuring efficient and well-managed delivery of services to customers.
The HP IT Operations Management solutions have been selected to address these needs and ensure business-critical applications, including CRM, billing, databases and fault management systems, are available 24x7.
