Biggest challenge CIOs trying to address

The greatest CIO need today, is to ensure that the business returns on their IT investments are a near-term phenomenon. Quicker service response time has become an important need and a vendor-qualifying criterion in terms of future-readiness of the solutions and their cost benefits.

Vision of Smartlink

Given our 20-year history of pioneering technologies in the networking equipment segment by setting up the very first manufacturing plants in India in 1993, we have been actively shaping the networking markets locally as per the global standards. We have a clear vision of providing maximum value to enterprises on their network infrastructure investments and are incorporating software defined network (SDN) as an enabling platform towards that goal.

SDN-based core switches will help CIOs and their teams to reduce dependency on proprietary OS-based equipment and consequently architect their networks in a more central, flexible and dynamic manner.

Our customers

Enterprises in sectors such as BFSI, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, education, government and PSUs would benefit most from our offerings even though our product offerings are horizontal enough to cater to needs of other verticals seamlessly.

How Smartlink is different

We also differentiate very strongly on the basis of our 64-city Digicare service centers which double up as return material authorization (RMA) centers. Apart from the core business of switches, routers and wireless, our IP surveillance line of products have seen rapid uptake and deployment across enterprises.

How Smartlink products have benefited customers

Our products have been designed to be green in a holistic sense of the term, as these are not only energyefficient but also are environment friendly and RoHS compliant. This helps our customers to save on energy costs and also reduce their carbon footprints. Our SDN-ready equipment, along with our dual-band managed wireless OAP help customers in achieving seamless deployment and monitoring of their networks on an open NMS platform.

Why Smartlink products are a cut above the rest

We combine the best of a direct-touch approach and that of a partner-driven support to deliver optimum service value to our customers. To achieve this, our product engineering teams work closely with solution architect team to design highly scalable solutions to meets our customers’ dynamic needs. This is further supplemented by our DTAC, post-sales and on-site
support.
