- A Masters in IT Service Delivery with 10yrs exp.
- Working with Hewlett Packard (hp) as IT Service Delivery Manager with +35 members as my direct reportees including SME's, Team Leads and AM's.
- SDM Profile is a subset of IT Service Delivery, Continuous Service Improvement(CSI), Mgmt, Incident Manager, Change Manager, Problem Manager, SLA Manager, Asset + Vendor Mgmt and Owner for KMDB and SCCM, including multiple customer's interaction for the project's delivery to delight.
Challenge in job
Owning Issue resolution irrespective of issue relating to any domain with different flavors.

My view on India technical development

My goals
To be Delivery Manager for multiple Account within 3 yrs and upgrade expertise in the same in next 2 yrs.
My family background
A nuclear, open minded, educated family of 5 with a small kid going to be 1 now.

Grow in your own field of interest as it's not only getting a job, rather growing with the job.
Advice to students
Be focused & aware, instead of only an exam-oriented candidate.
