Subhendu Pattnaik
Marketing Head, e-Marketing
Mindfire Solutions
Role Model:
Mindfire CEO, Chinmoy, is my inspiration. I did not believe in first generation entrepreneurs until I got a chance to work with him closely in Mindfire. With him around, it feels that an entrepreneur just needs to be persistent and never give up. I get inspired all the time when I see him working.
Done Differently:
Well :) I am here today because I did mistakes and learnt from them in the past. If I started again, I would open myself up to the world of opportunities sooner.
Contribution to the field
Its still a long way for me to go. I do not have any ground breaking accomplishments. I have been a committed and passionate person who loves his work and that is what I feel is needed most when you are speaking about your brand.

Exciting and Challenging at times but Fun all the while.

Working with more and more Content.. Marketing it all the more. Cutting the clutter in Content Marketing.
The Decisions That Matter
Moved out of my strong area in Project and Program management years back and ventured into Sales and Marketing. That is one of the most important career decisions I have taken and I am glad I did.
