The Journey So Far:
Corporate world needs a mature and capable leader who has experience of failing MANY times. This gives a chance to identify the risks and root causes of failures and soon a perfect learder will be on the pilot seat to lead from the front and achieve the required business objectives of an org.

It has change a lot. We apply more engineering to execute our projects. We are now more QUALITY and SECURITY sensitive people. We strive hard to meet and exceed our customer expectations. We are more planned and apply statistical techniques to judge our performance and keep moving in competition.

Mr. Yuvraj Kaushik - My son (Turns 5 in April), born after 9 months when Yuvraj Singh has hit 6 sixes in a over in 2007.--
Ms. Pearl Kaushik - My daughter (Turns 4 in June). My lucky icon. So, gave her name to my company.
