A Fine Balance:
The most difficult part of question..I spend almost 12-14 hrs in office and commutation. So I enjoy weekends with my family comprising my daughter and wife. We go for a daily drive for 30-45 minutes to recapture what happened in the day time and plans.
Points of inflection
My Skills, Exposure to varied domains, no superficial work but from ground level
Changes in the industry
This is the most hated department in any domain as we find mistakes, blunders and suggest changes. In IT industry we have QA+QC. Ideally speaking QC to plug gaps and Data to QA for process improvement but it does not happen in any organization. My thought is QA/QC person to be involved from scratch.
