sir i have not much of idea regarding corporate field .because i never go through any MNC'S yet.i m pursuing MBA right now after b.tech. but i think ,five things we need most... 1.resources 2.planning 3.capital 4.management of work distribution 5.survey investigation

i have done B.TECH(electronics and communication) and pursuing MBA yet.

Growth Strategy:
sir i am not going to do a job for money only.i will pay my full skills to my company so that i can give result oriented remarks to my company.

as i have to start my career so i must take care of sociality and demands of an ordinary man.so i will do an analysis on it from starting. it will help me very much in boosting my career

sir , i have done b.tech so i elongated my career throgh technical academics . but now it's time to hike my responsibilities in management too.And i hope i will perform it succesfully.
Plans For The Future:
Consistent performance will lead to better positions and a small period of 5 years is too early to decide on the positions or levels of performance. The higher responsibility occupied by me day by day will give a enthusiastic work atmosphere and how much I involve in doing things carefully towards the success of my work and the company objective will be a great achievement. No company will loose a responsible person and company itself will take care to the performer
