Changes In The Professional Environment:
Its the momentum that matters. Fixing something for a lasting future is not possible. The awareness of a software platform, its pros and cons are increasing. It has been just 2 years down the lane the momentary shift even in my small city is amazing but the value for IT sector work has been liquidated as the availability of developers has increased.
Contribution to the field
There are some so little to say and some too large to summarize. Iterating again, in my 2 years journey I gained a lot about the development process. I have always worked largely on optimization and bringing out some current market level standard benchmarks. Will have to update this question in due course of time hopefully.
The Journey So Far:
The journey is a like a roller-coaster ride, full of ups and downs. Some moments went tragic, some are a memento, a bad dream and some that I still cherish.
I have learnt a lot that done anything properly so far in my 2 years of work, felt the importance of where such a person could go wrong, an experience that an accomplishment.
Advice For New Professionals:
Keep your eyes and mind open in the beginning stage as that alone will help to grasp novel ideas and techniques used. Most things that a fresher you think easy is the most unbearably difficult task to be done. Be strong in concepts that you learned in your college and value it as you will be coming across a lot of them in the near future.
Working Life Management:
This has remained constant throughout so far and I keep it simple as many others do, keep the office work at the office now it sinks like keep office work anywhere other than at home.

Required Reading:
Google is your best friend a library who will eventually connect us with stackoverflow.
Read the docs properly which would enhance the understanding of a development platform.
Done Differently:
First I would not commit the mistakes that I had committed lately.
A customer or client should not just be satisfied but should be happy.
Choose a suitable platform of development from the perspective of what I know now.
Would gauge the stakes better than before.
So far for a 2 year old.
The Decisions That Matter
Being here for just 2 years make nothing concrete for me to "Make Important Career Decisions" but still so far its been a self realization. I try keep on learning and correct myself, so will "Make a decision" after a couple more years sinking in "it".
Professional Strengths:
The ability to know where to start learning and start things moving when put on a novel platform. The eye for a good place to start off is something I learnt and developed myself for an engaging career.
Job Profile:
Currently a working as Android Application Developer meeting clients and handling development process (a one man army) and having previous mild experience in Web application (too) have to lend a hand in them too but keep myself tied to android development as much as possible. I would blame non for this switching as this switching is acceptable in small organization.
Growth Strategy:
Never forgetting what I was when I began my career, this is not for the sake of comparison but how to make others engage in something what I being a leader believe and this is what steers a team or whatever we lead towards success.
Other Thoughts:
Stay cool, relax be open minded. If you are a person who might want to take a roller-coaster ride like me then beware of loosing your friends or links or connections from your circle but stay put and be persistent on what you do and know which is your identity. You do what you do no matter what happens if you have something in your head be it a novel idea or something of value, value it by sharing within the trusted circle else someone else will.

Just like any creature on this planet, my parents.
Degrees That Matter:
If there was a degree/ certification for common sense, practical thinking and to leave behind the fear of unknown in this field I would definitely recommend that.
